Canceled maintenances were still sending notifications

When a scheduled maintenance was canceled, StatusPal was incorrectly still dispatching notifications to subscribers. This has been fixed, canceling a maintenance will no longer trigger outbound alerts.

Calendar feed (.ics) now respects your maintenance visibility window

If your status page was configured to show upcoming maintenances beyond 7 days (via the Scheduled Maintenance Days setting), those events would correctly appear in the RSS history feed but were silently missing from the .ics calendar feed. The calendar feed now honors the same window as the rest of your status page, so calendar subscribers (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) will see all upcoming maintenances as expected.

Google Calendar duplicate connection now shows a proper error

Attempting to connect a Google Calendar account that was already linked would previously result in a confusing error. StatusPal now validates this earlier and shows a clear message instead.
