🔧 Improvements

⚠️ Incidents on Status Pages Now Sorted by Severity

Active incidents on your public status pages are now ordered by severity first, so your visitors always see the most critical issues at the top. Previously, incidents were sorted only by date, which could bury a high-severity incident below a minor one. This change ensures the most important information is front and center.

🛡️ Stronger Validation for Image Uploads
File uploads in StatusPal are now validated based on the actual content of the file.

🐛 Bug Fixes

📋 Widget Embed URL Now Displays Correctly

The script URL shown on the “Embed your Status Badge & Banner” page was displaying with an internal fingerprint appended, making it look slightly different from the actual URL you’d need. This has been corrected. The URL now shows exactly what you should copy and paste into your site.

🚨 Fixed an Error When Deleting Custom Incident Types

Attempting to delete a custom incident type that had been used in a past (already resolved) incident was causing an internal server error. The fix ensures historical incidents are now properly taken into account, so deletions work as expected.
