Canceled maintenances were still sending notifications

When a scheduled maintenance was canceled, StatusPal was incorrectly still dispatching notifications to subscribers. This has been fixed, canceling a maintenance will no longer trigger outbound alerts.

Calendar feed (.ics) now respects your maintenance visibility window

If your status page was configured to show upcoming maintenances beyond 7 days (via the Scheduled Maintenance Days setting), those events would correctly...
